Marissa Thomas

CEO

Marissa is the former Managing Partner and COO of PwC UK. Prior to this she was Head of the UK Deals and UK Tax businesses.

Enjoying strong relationships with corporate, private equity and sovereign clients, Marissa has a proven track record in M&A, with a focus on navigating complex transactions for clients.

Marissa is also a Non Executive Director, ECIT, a TowerBrook Capital Partners backed business.

Steve Varley

Non-Exec Chair

Former Partner at Andersen Consulting, and then Accenture, before joining EY. He was elected as the UK&I Regional Managing Partner and UK Chair of EY, a role he held for 9 years.

Steve’s last role at EY was as Global Vice-Chair Sustainability. He now chairs DWF Group, a global law firm and portfolio company of Inflexion.
